General Terms and Conditions

Frontpage General Terms and Conditions

Effective as of February 28, 2022
These terms and conditions apply to the relationship between Manager IT (Inno Kukko Oy; business ID 2404463-0) and its customers when the customer purchases products or services from Manager IT. When Manager IT acts as an intermediary for third-party services, such as off-the-shelf software, the terms and conditions of the respective service provider apply.

If a separate delivery agreement has been made between Manager IT and the customer, the terms of that delivery agreement take precedence. If no separate delivery agreement has been made with the customer, the following terms also apply as a secondary set of conditions in addition to these terms: IT2022 General Terms (YSE) and IT2022 Special Terms for Equipment Deliveries (IT2022 ELT).

Manager IT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order apply to each order.

Orders and Marketplace

Manager IT offers products and services to companies registered for VAT.

Customers can place orders in writing or through the marketplace available on Manager IT’s website. The supplier is not responsible for ensuring that the marketplace is continuously available and free from interruptions. To place orders through the marketplace at https://market.managerit.fi, the customer must register as a user of the marketplace and create user credentials for individuals authorized to place orders.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that individuals authorized to place orders through the marketplace have sufficient authority to act on behalf of the customer. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the marketplace users keep their usernames and passwords secure to prevent misuse. The customer is liable for any damages caused by misuse.

Manager IT will send an order confirmation for approved orders to the email address provided by the customer. The order confirmation will include the ordered products, price, and delivery costs. When the customer places an order through the marketplace, the order details can be verified through the marketplace user account.

Data Protection

Manager IT treats all customer information as confidential.

The contact details of the customer's representatives and marketplace users are stored in Manager IT's customer registry, which is used to fulfill orders and maintain the customer relationship. Manager IT has the right to disclose information from the customer registry in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

The privacy policy, as required by the Data Protection Regulation, can be viewed at Manager IT's headquarters at Korvenrannantie 15 T, 01300 Vantaa. Inquiries related to data protection must be made in writing to info@managerit.fi.

Delivery and Returns

The customer selects the delivery method when placing the order. The supplier is responsible for insuring the products during transportation. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon receipt of the products. Delivery may be made in multiple shipments if necessary.

Upon request, the customer will receive an estimate of the delivery time. The estimated delivery times are based on Manager IT's inventory status and the delivery times provided by the manufacturer or other third parties. Manager IT is not responsible for errors in the stated delivery time if the estimate is based on the delivery time provided by the manufacturer or other third parties.

If a product is lost or damaged during transportation or if the wrong product has been delivered, the customer must report the issue immediately to info@managerit.fi. Any product defects will be addressed primarily under the manufacturer's warranty. The customer is responsible for choosing a warranty service level that meets their needs when placing the order.

The customer has the right to return ordered products within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in salable condition. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs and any handling fees associated with the return. The return must include the customer number, the contact person's name, address, and phone number. A copy of the order confirmation must also be included. Any costs incurred from the return are paid by the customer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Factory-configured products generally cannot be returned.

Prices and Invoicing

Prices are stated in the order confirmation. Prices do not include VAT. Manager IT reserves the right to change prices.

Invoicing will be done as agreed with the customer, either via online or paper invoicing, or by email.

Liability and Force Majeure

Manager IT is not responsible for the accuracy of the content on its website. No information available on Manager IT’s website should be considered as advice or technical instructions.

Manager IT is not liable for any indirect or direct damages caused by the products or services it provides. Manager IT’s liability is limited to the price of the delivered products and services.

Manager IT is not obliged to fulfill the contract if it encounters a force majeure event. Manager IT must notify the customer of the force majeure event without undue delay.
